 About Danny

With over thirty years in leadership positions and working with people in times of crisis as well as success, Danny offers extensive experience helping individuals and groups think more creatively so they can be more effective in solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities. His experience as a musician is the foundation for his focus on creative thinking and creative problem solving. There's a surprising similarity between directing a choir or orchestra and being the facilitator for team development. His background in pastoral ministry and counseling has equipped him to be someone who listens carefully and can reflect honestly and openly with clients on the most important issues they face.

Danny is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation, the premier organization for professional coaches worldwide. His standing with the ICF along with a bachelors degree in music and a masters degree in theology and pastoral counseling make him well equipped to work with clients, whether for personal or professional development.

Having lived and worked in Oklahoma, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Washington State, Danny now makes his home in Northwest Arkansas where he and his wife Lynn enjoy the natural beauty of the southern Ozarks - which just happens to include two adorable grandchildren. In addition to coaching and spending time with family, he is actively engaged in the community. He plays trumpet and serves on the board of the Arkansas Winds Community Concert Band, sings baritone in the Singing Men of Arkansas, and directs the music ministry at First Methodist Church in Springdale, Arkansas.

When not working with clients or engaged in some musical activity, Danny enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities and traveling.
